Group 1 Sidcup Jaguar staff were good because sale person, Carmen Vanca was extremely polite and welcoming from the start. Carmen took the time to explain all the features on the vehicle and was flexible to timing when I was able to test drive. She appeared extremely knowledgeable about the different types of vehicles and options available. Carmen kept me totally informed and offered a variety of ways to pay. Each time I visited the show room she made us feel so welcomed, it would have been hard to go to another showroom after dealing with such top quality staff. Carmen was always reachable or responded within a short time frame. If every showroom had a Sales person like Carmen they would make a lot of sales!!

The overall experience was excellent. Simona was outstanding in all she did and made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
